Newer subdivisions
Areas like Aliante have expanded quickly with new subdivisions built around wide streets and community parks. These homes are usually easy for a truck to access, with driveways sized for modern vehicles and clear paths to the front door.
Newer builds also mean fresh paint and flooring, so we protect corners and lay runners the same way we would in any brand new house.
Older North Las Vegas blocks
Closer to the center of North Las Vegas, near Las Vegas Motor Speedway and the older residential streets, homes tend to sit closer together with smaller driveways. We plan parking and truck placement ahead of time on these jobs.
Families in this part of town often have more furniture that has been in the house a while, so we ask about anything unusually heavy, like an older wood dresser or a piano, when booking.
Heat and timing
North Las Vegas summers run just as hot as the rest of the valley, and the open subdivisions with less mature landscaping can feel hotter with little shade in the afternoon. We push for early starts here especially between June and September.
Weekday mornings tend to be both cooler and easier to schedule than a summer Saturday, if your dates are flexible.
Where North Las Vegas jobs usually go
Most local jobs from North Las Vegas move within the valley, to Las Vegas proper, Summerlin, or across town toward Henderson. We use the 215 Beltway and I-15 for these runs, which keeps the drive time predictable even during a busy moving season.
Families relocating from out of state often land in North Las Vegas first and call us again a year or two later for a move across town, once they know the area better and decide on a different neighborhood.
Speedway race weekends can also change traffic patterns on the roads near the venue, so we check the event calendar before scheduling a job in that part of town and adjust the route if needed.
