Not every job is a full move. Sometimes it is a new bed frame that needs building, or a living room that needs a fresh layout without buying anything new.

Assembly and disassembly

Beds, desks, dressers, and shelving units get built or taken apart by movers who carry their own tools and know how flat pack furniture is meant to go together, rather than working from a lost instruction sheet.

Bunk beds and bed frames with hidden hardware are common calls, along with sectional couches that need to come apart to fit through a doorway.

Home offices are another regular request, especially standing desks and modular shelving that arrive in a dozen boxes and need someone patient to put them together correctly the first time.

Rearranging a room

If you just want the living room laid out differently, or a bedroom set moved to make space for a crib, our crews carry the heavy pieces and set them wherever you point, protecting floors and walls along the way.

This is a popular call after a move, once you have lived in a place for a few weeks and realize the couch should really be against the other wall.

We also get calls before a big event, when a family wants a room cleared out for a weekend and put back afterward without hauling furniture themselves.

What we bring

Furniture blankets, straps, dollies, and a standard set of tools cover most assembly and moving jobs. For anything unusual, tell us ahead of time so we bring the right gear rather than improvising on site.

Most jobs of this kind are booked for a couple of hours rather than a full day, since the work is a single room or a handful of pieces rather than an entire house.

When rearranging makes more sense than a full move

Some clients call us thinking they need a full local move when what they really want is a bedroom set shifted from one room to another inside the same house, or a home office rearranged after a new desk arrives.

Describe what you are picturing and we will tell you honestly whether it is a rearranging job or something bigger, so you are not paying for a full crew when two movers and an hour would do it.
